What is your return policy?
You may return any of our products, no questions asked, within 30 days of your purchase.
What is your layaway policy?
Layaway is available for 10% down and 10% per month. This means that your item will be paid in full within 10 months.
Do you buy gold and precious metals?
Yes! We buy gold and precious metals according to the current market prices.
How long do repairs take?
On average, repairs take one week to complete.
Do you restring pearls and beads?
Yes. Turnaround time for this service is one week.
Can you do appraisals?
Yes. When we appraise your item, you’ll receive a copy for yourself and one that can be submitted to your insurance company if necessary.
Can I buy items from your eBay store in your physical store?
Yes! Everything we have available on eBay is also available in our shop. Stop in or call us as (937) 433-9598 to discuss your needs, and we’ll be happy to pull an item from our online store for you to purchase in house.
Who is the store mascot / door greeter?
